What you can learn from the second element of yoga. “Regularity”

What you can learn from the second element of yoga. “Regularity”

When yoga was discovered by Patanjali “founder of astang yoga”, he discovered that only starting about anything is not enough at all until you follow your schedule.

Here are the yoga’s elements.

1.     Yam

2.     Niyama

3.     Asana

4.     Pranayama
5.     Pratyahara
6.     Dharna

7.     Dhyana
8.     Samadhi
So as you see that the second element shows the Niyama which means “Regularity” yes regularity because Patanjali knows that without regularity you can’t achieve anything even if it is a healthy body.

It means you have to practice daily with full dedication and hard work even on the worst day of life.

Regularity is the number one factor after planning. First you should write your goals then you have to follow your long terms goals with full accuracy and dedication only than you can achieve your goals. (Goal setting )

To achieve this habit of regularity you have to develop another habit which is called self-discipline, if you don’t have self discipline you will quit midway.
