- What are the power amplifier? Draw and explain the circuit diagram of class B push-pull amplifier. Also, calculate maximum efficiency.
- Sketch and explain cross over distortion and harmonic distortion in power amplifiers.
- What are tuned amplifiers? Explain the working of class B tuned amplifier.

Q3:- Attempt any four of the following :
- Define the following terms
(i) CMRR
(ii) Input common range
(iii) Slew rate
(iv) Input offset Voltage - Explain the short circuit protection in 741 OP-AMP.
- List out the ideal characteristics of OPAMP. What is practical OP-AMP and draw its equivalent circuit?
- Draw and explain adder circuit using operational amplifier.

Q4:- Attempt any two of the following :
- Draw and explain the frequency response of practical and ideal Low Pass filter, High Pass filter, Band Pass Filter, Band Reject Filter, and All Pass filter. Explain the implementation of single op-amp Band pass filter.
- What is Sallen-key topology? Design a low pass, which is implemented in Sallen-Key topology with cut off frequency of 15.9 kHz and Q-factor of 0.5.
- Differentiate among Active and Passive filter. What are the advantage of Active filter over passive filter?

Q5:- Attempt any two of the following :
- Draw and explain the schematic diagram of square wave generator implemented using OP-AMP.
- Draw and explain the block diagram of monostable multivibrator using IC 555 timer and derive and expression for its frequency of oscillation.
- What is multivibrator? Differentiate among monostable, bistable and astable multivibrator. Give the advantage and disadvantages of op-amp and IC 555 based implementation method.
